History of ERA Hart Sargis-Breen Real Estate
In 1979, Sam Sargis joined the ERA (Electronic Realty Associates) franchise in order to meet the growing needs of sophisticated buyers and sellers. He chose ERA because it offered the widest range of products and services and the most comprehensive training programs.
In 1978, Joanne Breen joined the firm. She became manager in 1981 and full partner in 1992. In 2004, they expanded the company and opened an office in Berlin. In 2020, Joanne Breen sold her brokerage to Rob Levine who merged her two offices with his Hart Real Estate office in West Hartford, giving us a total of 3 locations in the area.
Rob Levine brings an additional 16 years of real estate experience to the firm, including a separate property management company. Hart Property Management Services provides full-service property management to clients.
